Q: What are the operating hours for TLMBC?
A: Our operating hours, outside of Sunday Services and Refuel Wednesday, are by appointment only. Please call the church office to schedule.
Q: I have tried to access Member Services online and it says I have to sign up. What is this for?
A: If you have not already, please sign up to gain access to the Member Services. Signing up entails providing your email and a password, and upon approval, you will have access to all of the online forms, and other special features of the website that are accessed only by members.

Q: How do I sign up to receive the TLMBC Newsletter?
A: To sign up for TLMBC's Newsletter, please click on the Social Media tab, you will notice a Mailing List on the right hand side of the screen. Complete this form and you will be able to stay in the loop on updates, events, and much more!
Q: I have signed up to gain access to Member Services, what do I do now?
A: Once you sign up, you will have to wait for a Web Administrator to approve you. Approvals/Denials are processed Mon - Thurs, 8am - 3pm, and are usually processed within 24 business hours. If you have waited a full 24 hours for an approval and have not yet received one, please contact the church office.

Q: When does TLMBC hold Bible Study classes?
A: All Bible Study classes are held on Wednesday, also known as Refuel Wednesday, both at 12pm and 7pm. In certain cases, Refuel Wednesday may be canceled. In order to stay abreast on these particular days, we encourage you to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and subscribe to our mailing list. If you are unsure if you are already subscribed, please contact the church office.

Q: I would like to tithe but I am not able to physically make it to church, have only credit/debit cards, and/or am out of town at college.
A: That's okay! If you would like to tithe, you can click on the Tithing tab and follow the self help steps to use Givelify. Givelify is an app that we use here at TLMBC, it is compatible with both IOS and Android. If you have further questions, please contact the church office.

Q: I would like to have my baby dedicated, how do I go about doing that?
A: Login to your Member Services account and click on the button for Baby Dedication Request Form. Please make sure to complete the form in it's entirety. We dedicate babies every 1st Sunday of each month, with approval of the Pastor.

Q: How do I follow TLMBC on social media?
A: Take a look under the "More" tab, you will see the "Social Media" tab. TLMBC is found on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, & Flicker. If TLMBC ever expands to other social networking sites, we will update and email our members through our Newsletter.
